We are engaged in fundraising for investment projects. Thanks to the cooperation with investors associated in PSIK (Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) and EVCA we possess a broad network of institutions to which our Clients’ informational memorandum can be offered.

Our experience in negotiations with financial and strategic investors allows us to acquire funding for Client’s business objectives effectively. We realize projects worth over several millions PLN and we are not restricted to any particular market branch.

Moreover, we specialize in fundraising for development of start-up companies. We present a flexible attitute toward the emolument, as we accept shares and stocks as the form of payment.

Project Finance

While realizing the infrastructural and community projects, we offer the Project Finance funding. We are experienced in organising equity and debt financing for undertakings realised within public-private partnership.
