Restructuring of the leader of poultry slaughter market

On behalf of the owner we made operational restructuring of the leader of the poultry slaughter market. The restructuring included areas such as finance (financing structure, ordering of assets, creation of the financial policy, the management of liabilities), sales (defining new sales channels, developing the principles of rewarding sales representatives) and logistics (reducing time between slaughter and delivering to the store).
