On behalf of a medium-sized telecommunication operator we optimized the employment structure in the Sales Department. The employment of the middle management was reduced thus increasing rights of low-grade workers which resulted in increase of the efficiency and redution of the costs of activity. Thanks to our services the operator has achieved a second place in the category of sales customer service in the national rankings
