Improvement of the management and the sales organisation

On behalf of a medium-sized offset printing company from the Świętokrzyskie province we improved the management process at all organization levels. There was an implementation of reporting, motivation and reponsibility procedures. We also built a sales model to business customers, including the remuneration system in the sales department.
