Development of strategy and KPI for its implementation

On behalf of an automotive company providing components to car manufacturing we created a development strategy. Our consultants developed the crucial factors for success and proposed solutions regarding diminution of the cost of activities. We also participated in the process of strategy implementation in the period of six months after the implementation.
