A career path at Blackpartners starts with a position of a Trainee or Analyst. After two years, following the work assessment carried out by the Partners, an Analyst may be promoted to become an Associate. The next stage is the position of a Manager. The following position at Blackpartners is a Partner, which may be occupied by Managers having minimum 5-years experience.
