At the request of a window manufacturer we developed a 5-year a strategy for the development of the company. Blackpartners consultants carried out extensive market analyses, identified KPI and presented an optimal development strategy. In addition, a complex financial model was created to determine the value of the company and its financial position against the competition. The final stage included training for the company’s Board of Directors on the implementation of the strategy.
